When will my package be delivered?
Package sent? You can now use your postcode and house number, up to three days in advance, to see what time you can expect the driver for parcel delivery. By default, PostNL, DPD and DHL offer delivery with follow-up options.

Holidays
Our warehouse is closed on the holidays. When you order on these dates, the package will be shipped the next day.

Are you not home?
You can use your postcode and house number, up to three days in advance, to see what time you can expect the package deliverer. When PostNL, DPD or DHL can not deliver a package, they offer it as standard to the neighbors. If the parcel delivery still fails, you will receive a message from the delivery person. This message contains a ‘non-home code’. With this code you can make a choice on the website for a second parcel delivery on a day, period and location that suits you better.
To collect parcel
If you and your neighbors are not at home with the second offer and you have not been able to receive the package, then you can pick up the shipment at one of the PostNL, DPD or DHL Post Offices with the message from the deliverer. You have three weeks to do this. The shipment then returns to the sender. Do not forget to bring your identification with you when you pick up.
No delivery at the neighbors?
If you prefer not to have delivery to the neighbors, you can ask the sender to mention ‘home address only’ on the package. In that case PostNL, DPD and DHL offer the package only to you. Packages with increased liability are obviously not delivered to the neighbors. These packages are offered to you a second time. If you are not at home with a second attempt, you can pick up the shipment at one of the PostNL, DPD or DHL Post Offices with the message from the deliverer.
Free shipping with orders over 50 euros
For orders over € 75 you pay no shipping costs. Under € 75 you pay 4.95 euros in shipping costs

You do not pay any payment costs when you pay via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or on account. For a payment via Acceptgiro ​​we charge 1.50 euro costs (on top)
